The standard queen room we stayed in was newly decorated with a good closest to hang things, a view of Mount Royal, 1 queen bed. Good food served, nice hot and delicious breakfast.

The room was kept very clean and available with comfortable beds and a view of Mount Royal. The staff were top-class and exceptionally caring, always ready to help. The hotel's location is particularly good, just a short stroll away from Mount Royal Park.

The location was excellent to the main shopping area of Montreal, right next to Mccord Museum. What's more, it was close enough to conference centre.

The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of downtown, just a block from the Metro station. It is also close to an underground mall, making it convenient for shopping. The rooms and bathrooms were spotlessly clean, and the front desk staff were very welcoming and friendly.

The gym facilities were not well-maintained and did not provide any cleaning options for the equipment.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location in the back alley of the building was convenient as it was close to everything. The staff was friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a good selection, although there was limited choice for vegetarians.

my recent stay in montreal was fantastic. best western surpassed my expectations with their great location, spacious and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. everything was clean and the view from our window was amazing. highly recommend!

Valet parking was a bit of a hassle.

The location of this place is great, just a short walk to good restaurants and the Barbie expo, the restaurant here serves excellent dishes, and the breakfast is delicious.

The room itself was well laid out and comfortable, with a great view of the surrounding streets. The hotel's location was perfect for sightseeing, with easy access to downtown shopping and dining options. Additionally, the hotel provided free wifi, which was a bonus.
